This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Wacky Gardens by BB, located at 21506 Lake Forest, Lake Forest CA (“Sponsor”).

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

The Giveaway begins on 11/29/25 and ends on 12/7/25 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

To enter, participants must:

1. Sign up for newsletter
   Limit (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.
    

Any attempt to use multiple emails, accounts, or identities to enter will void the entry.

One (1) winner will receive: A Wacky Gardens by BB Holiday Gift Bag.
Approximate retail value (ARV): $100.00

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted unless Sponsor chooses to replace the prize with one of equal or greater value.

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries within 3 days after the Giveaway Period ends.
The winner will be notified via email.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, social media handle, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By entering, participants release the Sponsor from all liability for:

• technical failures
   
• lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
   
• personal injury or property damage resulting from participation or prize use
   

Sponsor is not responsible for any issues caused by platforms such as Instagram or email providers.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Participants release Instagram from all liability related to the Giveaway.
